The NCR-East District Branch Office (EDBO) successfully carried out its Semi-Annual Physical Inventory of Stocks, MTS and warehouse documents across its three (3) active warehouses from May 22-27, 2025, reinforcing transparency, accuracy and accountability at every step.

The Inventory Team composed of representatives from the NCR-Regional Office, EDBO's BSM, Finance and QAO Units and personally witnessed by EDBO's COA Head and Staff, conducted a thorough process that included 30-bag test weighing per pile, volumetric counting, MTS verification, counting of used and unused pallets and inspection of warehouse records and accountable forms.

It's not just about counting stocks - it's about safeguarding our food supply, keeping our records straight, and standing by our duty to serve with transparency and trust all for the glory of the #NewNFA.
