NFA Region VII Recognized at the 127th DA Anniversary and Partners’ Pasasalamat

The National Food Authority (NFA) Region VII was among the agencies recognized during the 127th Founding Anniversary celebration of the Department of Agriculture (DA) and its Partners’ Pasasalamat event held today at the Golden Prince Hotel, Cebu City.

Representing the region, NFA Cebu Branch Manager Annie dl. Dela Cerna accepted the award on behalf of the agency. The recognition affirms NFA Region VII’s unwavering support and significant contributions to the DA’s food security initiatives, as well as its commitment in the DA-Regional Management Council (RMC) in the pursuit of ONE DA through the 3Cs (converge, collaborate, and coordinate).

As an attached agency of the DA, NFA Region VII reaffirms its dedication to the department’s mission of transforming Philippine agriculture into a more resilient, food-secure, and farmer-empowered sector.

The event served as a celebration of unity and collaboration, bringing together DA officials, partner stakeholders, and representatives from attached agencies. It also highlighted the collective efforts that drive the country’s agricultural development and strengthened inter-agency cooperation.
